I have decided to put myself back in training to refresh my mind and strengthen my body . I have missed our yoga classes so much . I have had time during our social isolation to discover what matters to me and my yoga practice and teaching has been highlighted as an essential part of my life . I have missed you all so much, having been at home for over 5 months my heart is sad and ready to enjoy your company again as soon as it is safe to come together . ...
