American Medical Response in Orlando unveiled its newest vehicle an ambulance wrapped in pink for breast cancer awareness. We’ve supported the cities of Orl...ando, Winter Garden and Windemere for many years, and this particular ambulance will be used for interfacility transports. We want to offer our deepest of condolences. Today is an unbelievably sad day in an unbelievable sad year. Our paramedic/FF colleague from SFFD, Jason Cortez lost his life in a tragic training accident. He is a husband and a father, and the son of a retired SF Firefighter. May his family and the extended SFFD family find comfort as we send our support from across the bay.

Con Air One responded to a wildfire near Rio Vista and Isleton Sunday afternoon. During the response, crews dropped more than 2,600 gallons of water to combat t...he fast-moving wildfire. A twin-engine Airbus H-145 helicopter, Con Air One is operated in partnership by Contra Costa County Fire Protection District and REACH. The utility helicopter is used for aerial fire suppression, including water bucket drops, aerial rescue and critical care transports. See more
