ABK Families and Students, All classes have now been made on a first come first serve basis, and parents were notified this evening. If you are still interested in joining an in person or Zoom class, but haven’t contacted me yet, please text me and let me know what you’re interested in and your student’s name. If you know of any ABK students whose families aren’t on Facebook and may not have gotten any information about us opening up again, please pass the word along. I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you all for your continued support! I’m looking forward to seeing everyone again! Mr. Cruz

ABK Families and Students, Thank you to those who picked up and turned in their waivers. It was nice to see everyone again! I must have a signed waiver from every student, whether they are Zooming or coming to the school in person, before I can place them in a class. I will be at the school tomorrow and Wed. from 6:30-7:30pm to hand out and collect waivers, and to answer any questions you may have. All waivers need to be turned in by Friday so I can finalize the schedule. Unfortunately, I can’t put a student in a class or Zoom class without a waiver (as per my insurance policy). Thank you for your understanding and support. Mr. Cruz

Parents and students, Thank you to those who came to pick up their waiver this week! It was nice to see all of you again! Please remember all students need a signed waiver even if you’re zooming. Without a signed waiver and payment, students may not enter the building. I will be at the studio on Monday & Wednesday, 10/26 & 10/28, between 6:30-7:30pm. Please have the waiver turned in by 10/30 at the very latest. I cannot accept any waivers when I’m teaching. It will be too hectic. You can also drop the waiver off in the mail slot in the door. I look forward to seeing everyone again!

ABK Families and Students, In order to open up our school, we must follow the state and county guidelines. Everyone’s safety is our number one priority. We have spent a great deal of time getting things ready so that everyone at ABK continues to stay safe. For the time being, our school will not look or run like it used to. There are many new safety measures that we all must now follow. We have made a list below of our new safety measures, and will be making a video for ...Continue reading

ABK FREMONT UPDATE Dear Students and Parents, The health and safety of all students and guests is an absolute top priority. We have been monitoring the situation closely with the CDC, Alameda County Health Department, and the City of Fremont, and have been closely following their guidelines as recommended. As of Tuesday, March 17th , the Alameda County Health Department has issued an order for all Alameda County residents to shelter in place for 3 weeks, and only essential b...usinesses are allowed to remain open. Therefore at this time, for the welfare of everyone, ABK Fremont will be closed until April 8th. The circumstances that we are in right now seems to be constantly changing and we may need to make adjustments as time goes on. We will inform you of any changes through posted signs on the doors and on our ABK Fremont Facebook page. You are also welcome to call or text me to see how things are going. As soon as they tell us that we can open back up again, we’ll be there! While you’re at home, please go to our America’s Best Karate Fremont YouTube channel and practice with our videos (all belt levels). This would help supplement the P.E. part of the school curriculum that you are missing while learning at home. We genuinely appreciate your understanding and support during this time of uncertainty. This is uncharted territory for everyone. We can’t wait to see you again in the near future! Remember, we’ll keep going through these obstacles, doing our best, just like we always do! Respectfully, America’s Best Karate Fremont 510-967-8545
