As we approach the end of the year we thought it would be a wonderful idea to let go of what no longer serves us, and start the new year with an open and happy heart! Join us on December 12, 2020 at 11:30a for a Hip and Heart Workshop with guest instructor Monica Martinez. This 2 hour workshop is for all levels! She will lead you through both hip and heart opening poses to nurture your body and soul. Meditation and intention setting. Our hope is that you’ll leave with a new appreciation for yourself and a release of what no longer serves you. Please bring your own props : mat, blocks, strap and blanket/bolster.
