It's Veteran's Day --- Thank you, Veterans, for your service and sacrifices! Here are two of our own who have served -- George (left) served in the US Navy as a Machinist's Mate. He was part of the first crew ever to serve aboard the aircraft carrier the USS Nimitz. He enjoyed being in the Navy, seeing the world, and the experiences he gained.... RJ (right) served in the US Army from 1997 to 2008. He served in Bosnia, Korea, and Iraq. A combat veteran, RJ is a proud infantryman who also had sniper duties while in Iraq. He enjoyed seeing the world, meeting new people, and forming lifelong bonds with great friends that he served with. He says he also enjoyed shooting at things and "blowing stuff up." Thank you both for your service and sacrifices!

We wish a Very Happy Milestone Birthday today to the "Boss", Lydia LeBel!!!! She is taking the day off today so we hope she enjoys a relaxing day at home with her two daughters. (BUT you can still leave her birthday wishes here in the comments and she will receive them.)

It's the 3rd Sunday of July which means it's National Ice Cream Day! Today our Ice Cream Man recommends good old fashioned Vanilla -- he says "it's like the Jeep of ice cream because it goes with everything and never gets old."
