A little taste of the landscapes, cityscapes, sunsets, and other gems that make Belgrade and Serbia what it is.

It's the little things that make a city what it is. I love the details of the architecture and the character that makes Belgrade such an amazing city (and Niš too!).

Belgrade - Beograd - literally means white city...and I think it lives up to it's name. Much of the architecture in the city is, well maybe not white, but grey. That's just one reason why I love all of the graffiti and street art that can be found here, adding a splash of color.

I've taken a sabbatical from the world of photography, but I've decided it's time to come back. It's time to share my experiences with the world, and it's going to take some time to pour of the thousands of photos I took while I was overseas, but I'd like to start by sharing a close up detail of an ancient building on the grounds of the fortress Kalemegdan, in Belgrade, Serbia.
