World Teachers’ Day 2020! In this extraordinary year, this is an opportunity to recognize teachers across the globe,including right here at ACC! If we ever wondered before, now we know that teachers are essential! Teachers have been nurturing children’s learning in new and creative ways all through the pandemic. Indeed, teachers are essential heroes around the world.

Hooray for Grocery Outlet! Not content to have only helped ACC get 3/4 of the way to our $600 goal to buy a new fridge for our baby room, they are offering us another weekend! No need to cook in this heat, get yourself some yummy food from The Tropic Truck!

Woo hoo! We made it! Summer program done, on to the new school year!

The Reds&Blues were sent off to kinder in an historic, first ever car Launch! With the family cars decked out for graduation and the children wearing their star shades, the ACC Reds&Blues Super Teacher Terra and all the ACC teachers from the Cuddle Bugs to the Rainbows wished them well as they enter this new chapter in their lives and in the lives of all the families! Much gratitude to the children, parents and teachers for continuing to weather this pandemic storm with such grace, finding moments of joy in the midst of the struggle! We love you Reds&Blues and will miss you! When it is safe, come back and visit us!

ACC's annual clean up day as we prepare for the new school year! Looks like a couple of teachers took a break to play, so important for building resilience as we enter an historic new school year in the pandemic era!

Good morning! I know this is late to the game as school starts on Monday, but one of our community organizations, the Partnership for Children, Youth and Families is hosting this town hall to better understand the needs of families for child care. There will be a follow up session to share resources based on the needs expressed.
