An intruder was captured by Stanislaus County Sheriff in our yard in Salida, CA. I received a mobile alert and was able to see the intrusion live from my tablet at home and relayed the activity. The Sheriff Dispatcher directed the Deputy to the hole I could see in the fence. Simultaneously our Central Station (following protocol) was dispatching Ontel Security and their guard assisted with watching the perimeter. Al's loyal customer of 42 years, Bob Novoa in Newman, CA passed away today. A great friend.

Al's Received a check from the probation department today for restitution for a broken patrol car windshield back in 2008. The juvenile that threw the rock at the patrol car and four "associates" were arrested by Al's officers (providing La Loma neighborhood security) in Moose Park. They were responsible for numerous acts of vandalism to businesses and the Cemeteries along Scenic Drive. Crime in the area dropped overnight. This group had been under surveillance by Al's for weeks. The check was for $15.00 (fifteen dollars). Al's terminated the La Loma Neighborhood Security contract in early 2010 due to lack of neighborhood funding.

I just learned tonight that Modesto Wholesale Meats has apparently closed the doors. They were a customer of ours for over 40 years. I appreciated their business. They will be missed. Allen.
