AMC 10/12 Subject Courses Subject courses help students master problem solving techniques and skills in a level and subject area of math. There are two levels for AMC 10/12 training, MC30 (AMC 10/12 Basic) for new students and MC35 (AMC 10/12 Advanced) for more experienced students. Both levels have four subject offerings: Algebra, Counting, Geometry, and Number Theory. Each course has Lecture Notes, Example Problems, Exercise (HW) Problems, Quiz. GOOGLE CODE JAM WORLD FINALS 2020 RESULTS Google Code Jam World Finals this year were held online for the first time on August 8. Among the Top 25 finalists, Gennady Korotkevich became the winner for the seventh time. AlphaStar Alumni Andrew He ranked 3rd in the competition again this year. International Math Olympiad 2020 Results 61st International Math Olympiads was held virtually this year between September 20th and 28th. More than 600 students participated representing 105 countries. The USA team, coached by Professor Po-Shen Loh, was ranked 3rd place after China and Russia. From the USA team, Luke Robitaille, William Wang, and Quanlin Chen got Gold medals while Tianze Jiang, Gopal Goel and Jeffrey Kwan (AlphaStar Academy alumnus) got Silver medals. US TEAM WITH 3 GOLD & 1 SILVER MEDAL at IOI 2020 Congratulations to the members of the 2020 USA team: William Lin (perfect score), Walden Yan (AlphaStar faculty), Xinyang (Alan) Chen and Danny Mittal.
