Congratulations to Shannon who in 6 months has lost over 50lbs in my Personal Training workouts. I'm so proud of her determination and hard work . We all have the opportunity to reach our goals and dreams. Nothing worth having ever comes easy in life but if you work hard, stay focused and be consistent the results will show. What an amazing success story. Davis has been training with me for less than 6 months and has lost over 30lbs. Day 5 of my 5 Day 5-Minute Healthy Recipe Week. This delicious Avocado Toast recipe is enriched in healthy fats and will give you great energy to start your day. The Sweet ‘n’ Savory Avocado Toast Serves 1... Total time: 5 minutes Ingredients 1 Slice of sprouted whole grain bread, toasted (68 calories) 1/2 ripe medium-size avocado, mashed (120 calories) 1/2 ripe medium-size orange, chopped (32 calories) 2 tbsp of balsamic vinegar (28 calories) 1/4 cup of fresh basil, thinly sliced (1 calorie) Directions Start with the mashed avocado on the toasted slice of bread then place the chopped orange segments on it. Add your balsamic vinegar on top and also apply thinly sliced fresh basil. Nutrition Facts Total calories 249 11g Fat 28g Carbohydrate 5g Protein

Ingredients: 1 banana, frozen 1 cup strawberries, frozen 2 tablespoons rolled oatmeal cup protein powder 1 tablespoon peanut butter, creamy 1 cup almond milk Instructions: 1. Place everything in the blender and blend until smooth. Nutrition Fact per serving Serving Size 1/2 Calories 204 Fat 6 g Carbohydrates 29 g Protein 12 g

Day 3 of my 5 Day 5-Minute Healthy Recipes Week. I love peanut butter and I love oatmeal so for me this hits the spot. Delicious and great energy to start the day. PEANUT BUTTER OVERNIGHT OATS Preparation 2 hours Cooking 0 minutes Serving Size 2... Ingredients: DRY 1 cup rolled oats 2 tablespoons all-natural peanut butter (+ more for topping) 1 tablespoon chia seeds WET 1 tablespoon maple syrup 1.25 cups unsweetened almond milk Optional Add-Ins 1/4 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt 2 tablespoons protein powder (we recommend vanilla or plain) Instructions: 1. Place all ingredients into a large glass container such as a Pyrex or mason jar. 2. Stir until combined and place the top on your container. 3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight. 4. Top with more peanut butter and a few chocolate chips. Notes: Peanut butter: if you are hoping to swap the peanut butter for powdered peanut butter, we suggest replacing it with 2 tablespoons of powdered peanut butter. You may need to slightly adjust the almond milk and add a tablespoon or two more. Nutrition information: does NOT include toppings or optional add-ins. Day 2 of my 5 Day 5-Minute Healthy Recipe Week. Try this delicious salad for your next lunch. So delicious 5-Minute Chopped Mason Jar Salad with Avocado Dressing Serves 1... Total Time: 5 minutes Ingredients cup low sodium chickpeas (100 calories) 1 cup cherry tomatoes (42 calories) 1 cup of steamed green beans (43 calories) 1 large hard-boiled egg (77 calories) 8 Kalamata Olives (80 calories) 4 tbsp of Bolthouse Farms Cilantro Avocado Yogurt Dressing (80 calories) Directions In a large mason jar start with adding the avocado yogurt dressing. Start with this first so the other ingredients don’t get soggy. Next add the cherry tomatoes, green beans, Kalamata olives. Then add the hard-boiled egg and finish with adding the chickpeas. When ready give it a good shake and enjoy. Nutrition Facts Total Calories 422 Fat 21g Carbohydrates 42g Protein 19g

This is the perfect breakfast to start your day, filled with lots of nutritional benefits and so easy to make. 5- MINUTE PAPAYA FRUIT BREAKFAST BOATS Preparation 3 minutes Cooking 2 minutes Servings 4... Ingredients 2 small papayas halved lengthwise and seeded 2 cups of vanilla or plain Greek yogurt 1/2 cup granola look for a low-fat, low sugar variety 1/4 cup sliced almonds 1/4 cup chia seeds 1/2 cup fruit such as cherries raspberries, sliced kiwis, diced pineapple Instructions: 1. Spoon 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt into each papaya half. 2. Top each papaya half with 2 tablespoons granola, 1 tablespoon each of sliced almonds and chia seeds, and 2 tablespoons of fruit.
