Evacuation orders had just been lifted and these First Responders were graciously appreciative of a warm meal. This member from Redwood Credit Union initiated the process of obtaining a reverse mortgage by contacting six different lenders and asking for their rates and fees. Not feeling content, he reached out to his trusted credit union and was placed in contact with their longtime reverse mortgage partner, Alliance Reverse Mortgage (That's us!). Our rate was 1.38% less and we saved the member 67.5% in origination fees over one of the offers.
