Great news! Allegro's Pet Spa will be reopening this Friday May 8th at 9am. Many thanks to Christine Pierson for spearheading the groomers movement to show the county that we are essential and everyone that called or emailed them expressing the need for groomers! We do so much more than make your pets look pretty and thankfully the county has agreed! We couldn't have achieved this without all the help! We will begin making phone calls today. Please be patient as we wor...k through our waiting list to get everyone in. If you do not hear from us in a few days, please call. We will start with those that had their appointments canceled when we were forced to shut down and then start working down the list of those that have called in after. Bobby will be working extra hard to try to fit everyone in as soon as he can. We will be continuing our social distance protocols according to the recommendations made by the CPPGA and includes only one person in the lobby at a time and disinfecting everything after each dog arrives and again after they leave. Please allow extra time to do this. If you are more comfortable with curbside pick up and drop off, just call us when you arrive and we will come out to your car. We are missing our all friends and hope that everyone is staying safe and healthy. Do not hesitate to call us if you need assistance keeping your little ones at home clean and groomed. A reminder that during this time Bobby will be available by phone Monday through Friday from 11-5 to answer any questions or concerns you might have in helping your pets look their best during the shut down. From type of shampoo to use to how to dry and brush out your pups to working through matting, we are here to help you in any way we can! You can also call to be put on a waiting list for when we open up again. As soon as we are given the go ahead we will start booking those who had appointments that had to be canceled, then we will work through the waiting list. We hope you and your family are staying safe and healthy through the mandate. We have been using this time to do some updates around the shop. We can’t wait to be able to open our doors again and show off the new and improved facility to our friends! Stay safe everyone!

To our two and four legged family members: It is with deep sadness that we must inform you that we will be closing our doors for a short amount of time. While the CDC declares grooming as an essential function, we have discussed with our state and local representatives as well as the California Professional Pet Groomers Association and they have all declared grooming as non essential. Therefore we have decided that in the interest of public health we will be closing for a ...short break. We will be using this time to perform some updates that we have been wanting do and look forward to showing off the new and updated shop to everyone. If you already have an appointment booked, we will be in touch with you shortly as we work through adjusting our calendar.
