Ciao, Al dente will be re-opening on Saturday, September 26th! We are excited to be re-opening with an updated atmosphere and safety protocols, including a new ventilation system. We have been serving the Coachella Valley for 28 years and are excited to share our new updates.... Our new hours of operation are daily 4PM-10PM (Last seating is at 9:45PM).
