Opportunity available for a Transaction Coordinator or for someone familiar with real estate transactions that is willing to learn and be trained as a Transaction Coordinator. The ideal person we are looking for is hardworking, motivated and energetic with a positive attitude. The candidate must also be a self-starter who is able to work independently as well as on a team. The Transaction Coordinator position is a very deadline driven position and we need someone who is grea...t at making sure all of the deadlines are met or exceeded simultaneously on multiple files. Experience as a Transaction Coordinator or an interest in real estate is desirable but not required. We are looking for someone who works hard with a great attitude and has a professional demeanor. Requirements: -Basic computer skills -Experience with Outlook, Dropbox, Word, Excel -Familiarity with ZipForms, PRDS Forms, MLS, DocuSign, Adobe Professional, Homebase -Excellent organizational skills, time management -Deadline driven -Reliable vehicle, current auto insurance -Personal Computer -License not required but preferred Hours and Compensation: -Hours will be part time during the training period -Potential to move to full time and flexible work location based on transaction production -Compensation based on experience Should you know of anyone or you are interested in the position please give me a call at 310.980.0496!
