Some final details added, and she now looks like she did in Vietnam. This was a fun restoration, thanks to Dave Barron, of Light Horse Legacy, and the EAA Museum, for letting me be a part of it!!!

40-1370 has grown an additional 25 feet! Also a couple teaser pics of Pima's B-26B.

On this Memorial Day we remember. Ssgt William Chapman, bombardier of 1370, and and Capt Benjamin Shoenfeld, pilot. Capt Schoenfeld survived the crash of 1370, but perished on Christmas eve 1944, in an A-26, flying home to see his family.

Here's another teaser on Pima's B-26B. We attached the aft fuselage section, and now the fuselage is all back together.

Found in forward bomb bay of B-26 1370. This stuff is too cool!! One of many notes and things we've found.

While repairing the forward bomb bay section on B-26, 40-1370, we discovered some hand written instructions from when she was built. Some one wrote "leave alone" and "ship #10". 1370 being the 10th B-26 built. ... Hope to remount the wing box structure possibly by the end of next month.
