INSYNQ 2021 in Dallas Texas I got my ticket for INSYNQ 2021 in Dallas... The first time I visited Dallas was September of 1980, it was to celebrate Winners Circle International’s annual convention, a networking organization. We were new directors with AMWAY North America! Our tag-line was Soap & Hope... An amazing experience!!! Soon after, in June of 1981, Debbie & I found ourselves with my new mortgage business on the verge of financial collapse, our new home was 6 months behind on the mortgage payments, standing in a crowd of strangers on the 7th floor of the Federal Courts Building in Santa Ana, California filling for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy... Debbie was to give birth to our first son Brett in July of that same year!? However, I was smitten by network marketing biz, the positive personal development, the growth & learning I received was instrumental in helping me climb out of my financial demise. We saved our home from foreclosure, built the business backup, it was hard, but we survived with Gods grace!!? My last visit to Dallas was September of 2015, at a 3day convention, again to celebrate my rapidly growing network marketing business with NERIUM International. My team was all there, we were exploding. We had Brand Partners from California, Alaska, Texas, San Diego, Illinois, New Jersey, Hawaii and even 14 states in MEXICO Soon after it all collapsed again, no one was left, 147 distributors, 301 customers all gone over night... This time it set me back on my heels, Debbie wanted me to quit, instead I began to look at many different companies... then Mariel Filippone showed up! I had always held admiration for Mariel, she helped me a couple times on 3Way calls sharing her story with prospects... understand, Mariel was not in my organization, she didn’t make Dime-One from my efforts and she spent better than 45mins on the phone with a cross-line... WHO DOES THAT I have seen the good, the bad, and the UGLY in network marketing for 41+ years. I have been laughed at both in front as well as from behind my back.
