Happy Saturday, everyone! Tomorrow I got a killer full body routine at 11AM, Glutes & Core at 6PM for roughly 45 minutes (because IG only allows 1 hour max for IG Live). Dumbbells are definitely encourage for both classes. If you don’t, purchase some off @amazon or try asking your friends/family members if they have any lying around so you can make use.... For the 11AM full body, you may wear a backpack full of textbooks, cans & water bottles to accommodate more resistance. The 6PM class will require you to have dumbbells (for ladies, 5-10+ lbs, for men 12-20+ lbs).
