As the world deals with the fallout from COVID-19 , AERC wants to reach out and update you on how we are handling this difficult time. First and foremost, our hearts go out to anyone who has been impacted by the virus, either directly or indirectly. We are all navigating unthinkable challenges but remember we are not alone, we are all going through this battle together. Second we encourage everyone to wear a mask, even if it is hard to breathe, wear gloves, even if we don’t ...like them, carry a small hand sanitizer, wash your hands frequently, practice social distance and hope you are all well and staying indoors. Third although our office is closed we are working remotely, we want to assure our customers that we are still here to help with their educational needs. We will be relying solely on mailing the request and original records for evaluation, AERC is experiencing challenges, but we are committed to serving the international education community during these difficult times. We are not going to delay the processing time for the evaluations, unless special circumstances make it impossible.
