We are thrilled to announce the launch of our brand new Client Portal! Easily request reservations, upload vaccinations, provide payment, purchase Prepaid Packages, keep a credit card on file, among many other new features! To enter the portal, please visit: www.downdoglodge.com and navigate to the 'Client Portal' tab. This is accessible on both mobile and desktop platforms.... All current DDL clients are able to sign in with their email address listed on file - there will then be a prompt to create a password for future logins. If this does not work, you are able to circumvent the password prompt by pressing 'Forgot Password'. DDL Family, we’re excited to get the gang back together on Monday, May 18th! We have carefully outlined our intended protocol changes in order to prioritize the health and safety of everyone present. While different than our typical operation, please note that these changes are new and intended to uphold the highest levels of safety and efficiency. Additional adjustments may develop over time. Should you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out! RESER...VATIONS All daycare and boarding will require reservations at least 24 hours prior to reservation date. This advanced notice will allow us to properly staff according to forecasted reservations. Please make your reservation over the phone (beginning May 18th) or via email (available immediately). DROP-OFF & PICK-UP We kindly ask that you wear a face mask and remain in your vehicle at all times! Please park in one of our designated spots and call to let us know once you’ve arrived. One of our staff members will come to your vehicle to retrieve/deliver your pet, along with any food or medication. We will not be receiving owner leashes and will be using our own slip leads. We understand this process may not be as quick as usual, so we ask that you please plan accordingly. We will do our best to operate as efficiently as we possibly can in these circumstances, while keeping safety and sanitation a top priority. PUPPY PROGRAM Many new families welcomed many new puppies during quarantine; in order to help this growing demographic, we will now be welcoming puppies who are less than 6 months old without requiring them to be spayed or neutered. These puppies will have their own area in the facility and will be required to have completed vaccinations for Bordetella and DHPP - Rabies is often completed at a later date and will not be required for this program. All puppies will undergo a shortened Temperament Test to ensure a safe fit in our facility. See more

We’re excited to share our tentative plan to reopen on Monday, May 18th! We know your pups need lots of playtime and socializing after stay-at-home orders! With that being said, we will be running things a bit differently until further notice. As always, your pet’s safety is our top priority, so we are carefully reviewing changes in our operations to prioritize safety and sanitation. Please stay tuned for specific details to be released sometime next week. Addition...ally, quarantine has welcomed many new puppies to many new families - we’re happy to announce that we will be introducing a puppy program for intact puppies less than 6 months old. Puppies will still be required to be current on ALL vaccinations (Rabies, DHLPP, and Bordetella) and will have their own designated area in the facility. More details to come! Happy Thanksgiving, ya turkeys! Gobble Gobble

After donating 618 lbs of food last year, we’re thrilled to announce our second annual holiday food drive! Through the end of 2019, Down Dog Lodge will be accepting unopened, non-perishable dog food to donate to the Carson and West LA Animal Shelters. @carsonanimalcarecenter @westla_shelter Donations can be dropped off at DDL during normal business hours, or shipped via Chewy.com. All contributions will be dispersed at the beginning of the new year.... We thank you for your love and generosity this holiday season! See more
