Adventist Health Physical Therapy Lemoore

Adventist Health is offering free 2018-2019 school year athletic physicals for Hanford, Hanford West, and Sierra Pacific high schools. No appt necessary. Just bring your athletic packet with you that was handed out by your school. If you don't have a packet, we should have extras at check in. Parents/guardians must sign all forms before students can receive a physical. Open to incoming Freshmen too!
