This is an example of how simple it is to treat one of the hardest cosmetic problems we have: spider telangiectasias of the ankle and on the instep of the foot. The Tessari foam injection technique does a beautiful job for this after we first clear the venous reflux in the Great Saphneous Vein with the 940 nm Dornier Laser or the VNUS Covidien ClosureFAST.

Here's an example I came up with to show how Laser energy selectively targets blue spider veins.
