Career Day with San Francisco Day School Students! 8 students came to shadow Trainers and Physical Therapists and learn about the intricacies of biomechanics and the process of rehabbing injuries. They spent time at the Active Care building and also went next door to The Garage, Active Care's High Performance Training Center, to take part in higher level sports performance elements of practice.

Lisa Giannone is excited to be a panelist and speaker at WITI’s First Annual Sports, Entertainment and Technology Symposium in San Jose on March 31st. Lisa will sit with other experts in the field discussing topics around the Wearable Tech Boom in Healthcare. The Symposium consists of sessions showcasing women’s individual achievements, and sharing experiences in various segments of the sports industry at both the technology and professional executive levels. The emphasis will be on personal and professional insights, mentorship, and the empowerment of women in sports and technology.

Joey Spencer, a young promising boxer who qualified for Team USA's junior squad last year, relocates to SF to have Lisa guide him through surgery to full recovery. Joey won nationals in Reno this year and solidified his spot on Team USA once again. Joey sought out Lisa Giannone through her work and connections with the best in the boxing world such as Andre Ward, Andre Berto, Robert Guerrero and more.
