Poker Run update. Today RDR members were out at Chappie-Shasta finalizing the course. You will enjoy a loop of approximately 24 miles with nearly 5000 feet of... ascent/decent. If the course is ran at a consistent pace the course should take novice riders 2-3hours. Some will take less time, others more than three hours. All depends on the rider's skill level and breaks taken along the course. No matter what, miles of smiles. The route will have some "easier" bypasses along the course with bail points to shorten up the course if needed. Keep in mind, the route has everything from "green circle"/easiest trails to "black diamond"/most difficult trails. Due to Covid, food will not be served to the general public. We are doing what we can to have the safest and most fun event possible during these very unprecedented times. Please come prepared with your own food/beverages. Camping at Chappie-Shasta is permitted at this time. If county restrictions increase, that may change.
We have a new tour guide in the house
