ACT After-school Children's Theatre

A.C.T. is a local children and young adult theatre program serving Monterey County. Primarily, we work with local school districts, bringing to students the entire theatre experience from audition to performance. Students act, work in the technical aspect or work behind the scenes. Our instructors are highly trained in their field, seeking to foster an environment where every participant feels part of the production and everyone is encouraged to thrive and reach their very b...est. Summer programs and Spring camps are available. Year round performances and many classes means every participant gets focused instruction and many opportunities to perform. From musical theatre to Shakepeare and everything in between, we strive to support the different goals for each individual young actor. Individual instruction, coaching, vocal lessons, and audition preparation also available. A.C.T. is part of Paper Wing Theatre Company in Monterey. We firmly believe theatre arts is for everyone and therefore should be made available to everyone! See more
