It’s taken me soooo many years to be proud of my body! Being a dancer I resented my curves and never fitting into the costumes I was given, and I had an unhealthy relationship with food and alcohol. About a year ago I decided to dedicate myself to a healthier journey, to finally lose the weight I’ve been wanting to, to make working out a habit and cut down on habits that weren’t serving me. I’ll never look back!!
