Due to our incredible volunteers, partners, and staff, the Alameda County Illegal Dumping Pilot has officially planted 146 London Plain trees along the entire 3.../4 mile length of Railroad Avenue in east Oakland. The effort took three phases, dozens of organizations, and over 250 volunteers. I am committed to leading the charge against illegal dumping and supporting an approach of crime prevention through environmental design.
