A-Z Senior Transitions

As our team continues to expand, I don't always have the opportunity to be in the field on the move side. But yesterday, had a great time working with one of our Sunrise Senior Living Communities to stage a model and create two respite rooms for incoming families. The before and after pictures tell the complete story of how overwhelming these transitions can be - and how meaningful our work is as we partner with our families to not only create order out of chaos but to make every transition as stress free as possible. I SO love my job!

One of the moves our team has worked on so far this week was to help a wonderful family make an internal transition to a new apartment at Belmont Village - San Jose. We love being a true resource for our senior communities and helping families with every transition along the way! The room turned out beautifully! Dori and Mari - you guys are amazing!

We have had the honor of working with this wonderful family the past several months to get this Blossom Valley home ready to go on the market! Great location, awesome schools, wonderful neighborhood. Coming soon!

Exciting news for our company! A-Z Senior Transitions has officially expanded into the East Bay and now has local teams available to help families make successful later in life transitions throughout Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. We have been honored to work with such wonderful senior communities....and I am beyond blessed to have the most amazing team (Lisa, Dorie, Stephanie, Marizana, Ben, Eryn and Jean) who love seniors, their families and the work we do. Making a difference, one senior at a time!

What an inspirational story about choosing to live life to its fullest!

Many times, one of the main 'sticking' points for our families in transition is that they can't 'imagine' how these blank walls and empty spaces will become a new home at the senior community they have chosen. Today is a perfect example of how we can help make their new home a beautiful reality! I'm beyond grateful for our team and the compassionate and creative work they do every day on behalf of our families to make these transitions as easy and stress-free as possible!
