This is Roger's delicious creation. How did this come to be? One day a fellow member of the A Votre Sante family wanted to try a new dish. Roger offered to make a dish his mother had taught him, but couldn't do it without epizote. The next day, epizote was brought into the kitchen and Roger created this amazing scramble with epizote in the ranchera sauce, jalapeno, feta cheese, veggie/turkey sausage, refried black beans and corn tortillas.... It is a must-try for breakfast! Thank you, Roger, for creating this special dish from your childhood.
