The Solano Resource Conservation District Clean & Green Team Competition is here! Share your voice and help protect your watershed from oil pollution. Are you a youth under the age of 21 who is passionate about the environment and protecting your local waterways? If so, participate in our #CleanGreenTeam challenge by doing one of the following: 1. Submit a video explaining how motor oil affects your watershed (2 minutes max).... 2. Submit an original photo and caption featuring the responsible use or disposal of used motor oil. 3. Submit an original comic featuring Petrolia the Used Oil Avenger. Prizes will be offered to the participant whose work best captures the impacts of oil pollution in our watersheds: free kayak rental, free night of camping at Steele Canyon Resort, or a Lake Berryessa swag bag.
