Congratulations to WO1 Baret Weatherford, the newest Warrant Officer in the U.S. Army Reserve! WO1 Weatherford was appointed today after graduating from the Alabama Military Academy's Warrant Officer Candidate School class 20-001 at Ft. McClellan, Alabama. Time for another congratulations and welcome! This time for U.S. Army Reserve Staff Sgt. Torres, who was recently promoted and is joining the 250TC as the Maintenance Platoon Sergeant. Staff Sgt. Torres is coming to us after having previously served as the Motor Sergeant for Headquarters & Headquarters Company, 426th Civil Affairs Battalion (Airborne) in Upland, CA. He has also deployed to Iraq in support of Operation Inherent Resolve, and has served with the 163rd Ordnance Company, 349th Combat Support Hospital, and the 693d Quartermaster Company. Congratulations and welcome to U.S. Army Reserve Staff Sgt. Ignacio! She was recently promoted into the 250TC after previously serving as a Drill Sergeant with Company F, 2nd Battalion, 413th Regiment, 95th Training Division - Initial Entry Training. Staff Sgt. Ignacio has also deployed to Bagram Air Base, Afghanistan, and was also stationed in South Korea and Japan while on Active Duty. On this Memorial Day, we honor those who lost their lives in defense of our nation. On January 28 2007, we lost one of our own, Spc. Carla J. Stewart, when her convoy vehicle rolled over in Tallil, Iraq. Let us honor Spc. Remember Everyone Deployed Friday 304th Sustainment Brigade Soldiers Spc. Zepeda and Sgt. 1st Class Gomez, former 1st Platoon Sergeant with the 250 TC, retires the flag at their forward deployed location within the Army Central Command Area of Responsibility. From here at the 250 TC, we want to offer our thoughts to our fellow brothers and sisters in arms who are currently deployed, and hope for their safe return!... #USArmyReserve

During the month of February, the U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers of the 250 TC continued to work towards improving readiness by qualifying on their individual weapons, along with various crew serve weapon systems.
