The backstory: Jack had his life planned out when he was finishing his MBA - he was set on a career in finance. While interviewing for a position, he realized he wasn’t speaking with passion and decided a career sitting at a desk might not be right for him. Jack knew he loved fitness, and a recruiter at 24 Hour Fitness recommended he apply to be a fitness manager. What he didn't expect was the reward that comes from helping others - both his team of trainers and the members he's trained directly at the club and virtually. #StoriesAt24

The backstory: Montgomery Nicholas’s fitness journey began with his Olympic wrestler grandfather challenging him to push-up battles. Despite growing up in a fit household, Montgomery struggled with his weight and was bullied by kids at school. It began to impact him so much he developed disordered eating and even collapsed from malnourishment. Montgomery's parents got him a gym membership where he could learn about nutrition and weight training, in a healthy way. Now, the gym continues to be a source of positivity for Montgomery. He reminds us to enjoy the process and love your body for the progress it makes, and resilience it has. #StoriesAt24
