Hey 24 FIT FIX members! Just sending out a little update. I've been getting a lot of questions about when we can reopen. First of all thank you for waiting for us! As of August we have turned off all billing and will resume when we open. I never would have never that we would be closed for 5 months or more. As many of you know a new reopening plan came out on 8/28/20. For gyms to be able to open we need to have the positive rate below 8% and less than 7 new cases per 100...,000 people for at least 7 days. Dear 24 FIT FIX members, My family and I are so grateful for the support and love we have received from our members, not only the last few weeks but the last 8 years of business. We have been directed to close again.... These are unprecedented times and while I believe we have done everything in our power to keep our gym a safe, clean and positive place to relieve stress, our top priority is and will continue to be the health and safety of our members, employees and their families. This has been difficult. Not only on us as a business, but we know a lot of members rely on us for their own mental and physical well being, and at this time, could really use a safe space for that. We do not know when we can reopen. We will do our part to flatten the curve and help our surrounding area by supporting our community. During this time period, you have the option to keep your membership active or have us freeze your account until we reopen. If you can and want to support our business and our employees, we ask that you keep your membership active. Yes! We are opening June 12th at 9AM. COVID 19 Precautions and Requirements Members must sign a new membership agreement with updated COVID 19 information to resume using the gym. This will be located at the front desk. ... Members are subject to temperature and/or symptom screened upon arrival and asked to use hand sanitizer and to wear face coverings to the extent possible while in the facility, particularly when physical distancing is difficult. Please bring your own face covering or there will be some available to anyone who arrives without one. It is highly recommended that patrons wear face coverings when entering and leaving the facility and should consider wearing them during workouts. Considerations will be made for members who are unable or unwilling to wear a face covering and ensure that they are able to maintain physical distance. **Members are required to disinfect individual exercise equipment, mats, and machines before and after use with provided disinfecting spray and towels. **No guest privileges will be available **Limit daily gym visits to 60 minutes per person. **A 6-foot distance between individuals. This means space yourself every other piece of equipment. DO NOT USE taped off equipment. 24 FIT FIX staff will be monitoring the gym floor helping to clean, discourage proximity between members and encouraging members to wipe down equipment. 24 FIT FIX members. WE MISS YOU! There have been a lot of questions coming in as to when we will be reopening since the governor's announcement last week. Unfortunately, there is still no indication on exactly when gyms and health clubs will be allowed to reopen. Gyms are in phase 3 of the reopening process and it's possible it may be weeks. Our closure will end upon Governor Newsome's announcement to end the mandate on gym closures. Again, I thank you for your continued supp...ort. We look forward to reopening and know we will all get through this. It's important to remember to stay positive through all of this. Thank you Natalie-Owner
