Though it brings us great joy to gather on Sundays, your health and safety is more important as we seek to minimize exposure to illness, and appropriately engage the growing community concerns about COVID-19. For this reason, church services in the sanctuary are suspended through and including March 29, 2020. Beyond Sunday worship, this decision impacts how we will approach other aspects of our ministry. Our Tuesday evening prayer services will go on hiatus as well, and ou...r Monday feeding program will be modified. We will find creative ways to stay spiritually connected as we navigate this difficult time together, and I pray that you will always be assured in the knowledge that God is with us, especially in times of uncertainty and anxiety. This decision comes following recommendations from the State of California and county public health departments regarding the coronavirus and its impact on our communities. Church Leadership will continue to monitor the recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Placer County, and all decisions made will be based on their recommendations. In the meantime, please continue to follow the guidelines that have been provided to mitigate risks. And when we gather again, we pray that we will all do so in full health.
