Hello I’m so tired this week lol. I have my nephews staying with me and I’m learning to play mommy, I’m over hovering, I’m over babying, I’m over watching and over talking and over feeding and over teaching because I’m just not used to kids and want to do everything right they’re such amazing little boys, deserving of all the love in the world and I’m so happy to have them here! I’m so tired but it’s well worth it. Parenting really is a full time job! Which brings me to... another point - I personally believe only one parent should work (up to a certain age) but our society tends to punish the parents who go too long without working. Kids are our future, they’re worth ALL the investments - time, money, energy, LOVE most of all. The next generation is full of emotional problems due to lack of parent presence, which is due to the job markets. I have always loved animals and everything nature. I grew up in a way where our family grew our own foods, got out in the wild, foraged for mushrooms, the only thing I couldn’t do is hunt but we did get our meats from the neighborhood (and some bazaars where people like us were selling anything they had to offer. Some caught fish, some had chickens, some made household items, etc). The love of nature has been in me since I was a wee lil one. Fast forward to todays years, the adult me with still the fascination of everything nature haha. About this shot: An older gentleman was walking his two GIANT dogs through the area where we were shooting and I started playing with them, so photographer Aaron Hall caught this gem while I was playing it’ll forever be a fave!

What do you guys think of this one? This was shot by DavisQui Anderson while he was visiting Laguna Beach, I drove up with my model friend Jessa Michelle and we had a great time! California is so beautiful and wild and the tide pools were THE BOMB! I got swept up by a wave at one point scraped my knees and everything hahaha wouldn’t change a thing!! Have you ever been to California beaches yourself? What was your experience?
