Hello 10th Planet JJ Riverside/Route 66 Family, We hope you’re all taking care of yourselves during this most challenging and unprecedented time. We’ve all been impacted with some extraordinary challenges, but it’s inspiring to see the positive, community-wide efforts of neighbors helping neighbors. Thank you to everyone for your support. Eventually when we do get back to our daily routines, we want to offer different options to each of our members/students. We appreciate our... 10P community of families and your commitment to our academy. In the meantime, please take care of yourselves, stay home, check in with one another, and ride this temporary situation out. We miss our students! We would still love to be apart of the community and apart of all of our members lives, so we are offering a few options: Loyalty Option 1: Whatever membership you are currently on, you will receive that amount of time free. Example; you paid one month, you will get a free month. We will spread that out over double the months. Example; you paid one month, you will get half off the next two months after that. Loyalty Option 2: If you would like to continue paying at half the rate, you have the same options as Option 1. Example; if you pay half of a one yet membership, you get half off your filling month spread out over double the months. Loyalty Option 3: If you would like to continue paying at quarter of the rate you were paying, you have the same options as 1 and 2. Loyalty Option 4: Pause your membership. When we are able to return, you will receive a free T-shirt on you first payment. Note: If you choose to not email me at [email protected], your membership will continue and will automatically receive Option 1. Thank you again and we are sending positive vibes to everyone! At 10th Planet Riverside and Route 66 (Rancho Cucamonga), our first priority is the overall wellness of our community. We will continue to provide a fun and clean environment for our students. At our core, we are about families, and we want to let everyone know that we will continue to monitor the situation at hand, day by day, and be proactive with our facilities.
