Two lucky winners will be selected for a 45-minute virtual ZOOZ workout AND a gift box from Coco & Joy! @cocoandjoydesserts makes DELICIOUS vegan cheesecakes and desserts with only the best ingredients We are stoked to team up with such an amazing local business! ... CONGRATULATIONS to our December Athlete of the Month, Ms. Emily Grodin! Emily has been an outstanding ZOOZ athlete for 4 years, and we are thrilled to honor her with this award. She shows up every week to work hard, support her friends, and dedicate her time to staying healthy. Emily, your commitment and loyalty to ZOOZ had made our community a brighter, stronger, and happier place to be. Thank you for being so strong, inside and out! In addition to being the athlete of the... month, Emily has some extraordinary news to share: The book that my mom and I wrote is called I HAVE BEEN BURIED UNDER YEARS OF DUST. It is available on Amazon now and will be released in April 2021. It is a memoir of our journey as a family, and details how my parents sought to get my needs met as a non verbal person with autism. The book takes the reader through the various stages of my life through that incredible day in August 2016 when I had a breakthrough which changed my life, as I became able to fully communicate through the use of an I Pad. The book has many of my essays and poems, with my own words explaining my life. Thank you, Emily for making our lives so much better.
