Although not the best quality photo, we had the clerk in the marine shop snap this pic of us wearing hats we picked up the day we passed our Captain tests. We were so excited and this was quite an accomplishment. Amos knew and loved boats, he was an amateur expert rated competition slalom water skier. After we got married we became involved in the real estate investment world, including owning and operating vacation rental properties. We came up the... idea to do vacation rentals on a yacht and bought our first yacht, the Ohana Pacific. We learned everything we needed to know about running a legitimate yacht charter business. And on this day as seen in the photo, we became licensed captains and began our journey running Zolna Yachts as well as going on our 26th year of marriage in just 2 weeks from today. To have the most beautiful 49 passenger charter yacht on the San Diego Bay March of 2016 in Gulf Shores Alabama we found the Maya Caye, which was purchased and then transformed into the now stunning 49 passenger Coast Guard Certified Nerissa... We had a dream. Had lots of help from some of the most talented people seen in the first photo. It took us over one and a half years to complete the transformation and earn the USCG certification.
