Puppies!! This past year it was so nice to get to meet everyone’s sweet furry friend! It was definitely the highlight of when we didn’t have indoor dining!! With that being said, unfortunately due to us reopening our shop and that the kitchen and bar are open, the health department is requiring that we have our four legged friends wait outside. Just another step we are taking towards returning to to Zocalo of the before times. ... Please be patient with us as we continue on this journey. While the world is making an effort to return to normal, health experts continue to remind us that the pandemic is not over. We have children and community members who can not be vaccinated and our responsibility to do our best to keep everyone safe and healthy still applies. Wednesday we are meeting as a team to discuss our next steps. Until then, we are following the advice of the Alameda County Department of Health and requiring customers to continue hand washing at the entrance wash and mask wearing when not at a table, regardless of vaccination status.
