Meet Ana Gabriella, she’s a new Yoga Instructor at Ziaya’s Ana is a 200 Hour Certified Yoga Teacher from the San Joaquin Valley in Central California. She earned her certification through Tower Yoga in Fresno, California. She is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Communications at California State University, Fresno. Yoga has been a part of her life since 2016. She finds pure bliss in adventure, human connection, and personal growth. Yoga allows her to fulfill all of ...that and more! She believes that yoga has been of great assistance in creating a healthier and empowering lifestyle for herself. She seeks to provide effective guidance for others, physically and mentally, that will last a lifetime!
