Everyone...I now have a Zoom account and am offering yoga and mindfulness daily at 3 pm Pacific Time Tuesday through Saturday. There will be no meetings on Sunday or Monday. First day ‘back in the saddle’ so to speak. Had a WONDERFUL online video session supporting the spiritual law of Least Intention. We will join back together tomorrow at 1:00 pm Pacific Time!
