The answer to the concern whether the new container is equivalent to the previous foam container: the actual space for the new container is slightly bigger than the foam container. Is our food quantity per order shrinking? A: Staff does not weight the food by the container before cooking. The way kitchen staff cooks has not changed. Boxing the ordering item is after-cook handling process by different staff. Therefore there has nothing to do with the new container causing the... quantity of the food being less but its shape look different. The change is completely based on our staff’s solicitude to our customers over carrying and reheating the food. The new container has a tighter lid to avoid spilling. It is also microwave friendly compare to the foam box. The addition cost for the new container will be solely bear by Yue Huang and will not affect the cost of the item. We are happy to replace the foam box for your to-go order upon request. Sorry for the inconvenience. Sincerely Yue Huang
