Friends, It is with pleasure that we are launching a 30 day campaign to raise funds for Lions Diabetes Camp at no cost to you. A great way to support all our pr...ograms and all the diabetes community resources. We are pleased to work with Express Feedback thru the Diabetes Education and Camping Association (DECA) and bring this program free of charge and totally private to you. Please click on the link below to register on their secure site, select Lions Diabetes Camp (CA), receive the welcome email, and start your feedback. You can also watch a video and learn a little more about Express Feedback for Good. Each feedback is completely private and generates $2 to our Lions Diabetes Camp The maximum number of feedbacks is 75 per Registered participant during the 30 day campaign. Each feedback takes about 1 minute of your time. This is a great opportunity for you to rate companies, grocery stores, services, etc. in the USA. I appreciate your participation! Please re-send this email to friends, Lions, family to give feedback and raise funds for Lions Diabetes Camp. ***1st Prize for the one that reaches 75 feedbacks is the brain new "Nudge Away Diabetes Book" ( soft cover) *** https://www.diabetescamps.org/lions-diabetes-camp-efg/.

3 types of masks you can make -see link below: -T-shirt - no sew -Bandana or scarf - no sew (can add a filter layer in the folds). Can cut an ‘elastic’ band f...rom an old sock. -Cotton fabric- requires sewing Sew it with a pocket to put filter into the pocket. Can use a pipe cleaner for the nose area (not included in the directions) https://www.cathiefilian.com/how-to-sew-a-face-mask-with-t/ Filter- paper towel, HEPA filter paper, vacuum cleaner bag. If too thick, won’t be able to breathe easily and may get too hot. Rules when using a mask: 1. Make any adjustments when you first put it on. 2. Once you’re around people: Don’t touch the mask or your face - if the mask has the virus you have now added it to your hands and can contaminate yourself. 3. Change to a new clean mask if it gets wet/moist. 4. When removing the mask: only touch the ties or ear pieces while removing. Don’t let the front of the mask touch you. Untie bottom tie first. Place where it won’t contaminate anyone until you wash it. Remove and put in trash any non washable filter. Wash hands or use hand sanitizer immediately. https://masks4all.co/how-to-make-a-homemade-mask/
