Juw is a fashion designer from Crenshaw. During our consultation, Juw expressed that he was having trouble figuring out the direction of his clothing line. We suggested to him to create another clothing line that would allow him to focus on high-end pieces giving him the flexibility to create streetwear clothing for his other brand BAMN.SOCIETY. We then created a new logo for his new clothing line called DBJ.

Million Dollar healer is a small business that focuses on providing holistic healing though crystals along with positive affirmations. Like most small businesses, the impetus to Just Start was impeding the owner. A lot businesses just starting out are crippled with the problem of not having a well crafted identity that exemplifies their brand values visually. After having a very positive conversation with Shawntail and her brother Juw about the direction of the logo, we were able to provide them with visual references to inspire the redesign. After we agreed on a approach, this is the final result. I’m very proud of the work we did for Million Dollar Company.

By any means necessary is phrase that was brought to my attention from a talented designer who goes by name of Juw. California is filled with so much revolutionary history and Juw takes inspiration and interweaves it as a form of expression in his designs. When I first met Juw, I was first introduced to his streetwear brand BAMN.SOCIETY. From our previous conversations, Juw expressed that he was conflicted with the direction of his brand and I also learned he’s a master of ...cut and sew. Cut and sew is when a garment is customized from raw fabric. My suggestion to him was to create a separate identity that would cater to his cut and sew designs. He quickly came up with a name for his new brand and next I showed him some example logos to nail down a direction for the new logo DBJ. I’m very proud of what we were able to design for him!
