Why is getting help from a Realtor important? In addition to being (hopefully) expert in the real estate market, local neighborhoods, price ranges and market issues, Realtors should know about local threads.

As with many homes and condos built in this time frame, it had dual pane windows with those metal grids inside the dual pane (as illustrated below). I’d seen this type of window in some of my own listings. From experience, I knew that these windows had a tendency for the seals to fail.
