Gout is called "King of Pain" in Asia. In Korean, it is called Pain Wind because even the wind blow can cause pain. Check with your primary doctor to see if you have gout. You can also get Acupuncture and herbs. If you can't go get treated due to quarantine, home therapy...3days 1. Foot in a cold water bucket. Not ice. Move your toes gently. 2. Cinnamon tea /chrysanthemum tea (it inhibits uric acid formation) 3. Apple cider vinegar teaspoon in 8oz water every night. ... 4. Pumpkin juice or cooked pumpkin to reduce inflammation. 5. NO ALCOHOL, NO CHICKEN, NO FATTY MEATS!!! If swelling does not subside or pain persists, call your doctor.
Cold pack or Heat pack....that is the question??? In my experience, when in doubt...use cold. We all know that for acute injury/ pain use cold for 48hrs. I have noticed that cold is best even up to 2 weeks. If you really want to use heat pack...use it after a week and use warm instead of HOT. What is HOT? What is WARM? Simple...if you can put it on a 5 year old kid...it is WARM.

First, the tea has hot properties so people who are hot all the time is not the best tea to drink everyday. This tea is best for people who are cold, terrible digestion, and has nausea,. Ankle Sprain or fracture.? If you can't put your weight on it....X-RAY. If swelling more than 3 days....X-Ray. Most likely it is a fracture. Call your orthopedic doc. Sprains are best treated with acupuncture and RICE (rest, ice, compression, elevation). Sounds so ASIAN.

Gentlemen, is your mojo low? Try this acupuncture point. This point has been used in Korea for ages.
