Our old Compromise of Arrears Program (a lot of the time called COAP) has been updated to help more parents with their past-due support. The new Debt Reduction Program expands eligibility, so even if you weren’t eligible for COAP, you may be eligible now! Everyone will have 21 days from the date of their notice to choose a new electronic payment type, direct deposit or electronic payment card (EPC).
