Today I took some time to just listen. I took a walk in the redwoods instead of running on concrete. I turned off my head set and listened to the sound of my hiking boots in the mud (my favorite sound!) And even though I wanted to reach for another cup of coffee I drank peppermint tea instead. In the past I believed if I let my light shine it would take away from someone else’s light. But now I know the truth....when we shine we give others permission to do the same!
