Yoga with Grace returns with a practice of celebrating strength and hope.

First time rope climbing and climbing up and down difficult ladders. So far this has been the most amazing and challenging hike i've had. Its was surprising to see me do things that i thought I would never do. It remindes me that we are stronger than we think we are.

There are so many different ways to do yoga therapy. The techniques that Optimal State uses are different from an Iyengar yoga therapist, or a kundalini yoga t...herapist. But I think that we all have the same goal, which is to help balance and regulate the autonomic nervous system. We just have different ways of working with the ANS. See more
