Happy #motivationmonday! I’ve put together a fun, full body workout for you. This workout in total takes about 30 min if you set the timer to 45 sec hard ...work/20 sec rest. I did it three times total (10 exercises/no repeats) the weights I used are 8lbs but feel free to go heavier/lighter, really whatever works for you .
