Farewell 2020! Hello 2021! Have you made your New Years resolution? Even if you have.. we have a challenge for you! Make sure you’re not going to fail yourself and be sure to set your resolution as a SMART goal. Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Timely. Know exactly what you’re working for. Short goals are much more attainable than long, so set it short then build from there. Know that your goal IS something you CAN do!
